Donor Advised Fund

DAF Direct is a free, convenient, and secure way for donors to recommend grants from their donor-advised funds (DAFs) directly to eligible nonprofit organizations like ours. This streamlined online process eliminates the need for paper forms or additional steps. Simply select your sponsoring organization from the dropdown menu, enter the grant amount, and complete the necessary information to recommend a grant to Children’s Place International.

Yes, Children’s Place International is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and contributions are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our FEIN is 26-0403531. Please retain your gift receipt to submit to the IRS or equivalent body.

Yes. While unrestricted gifts help us meet the greatest needs of the children we serve, you can designate your gift to one of the four countries in which we currently work (Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Kenya, or Tanzania). Please indicate this preference in the comment section of the online giving form or with the mailed check. You can also give to a particular area of support such as scholarships.

In-kind donations are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Katherine Hapeman to learn more.

Only 10% of funds goes to administrative costs, in line with industry standards. We are also highly rated by GuideStar for our commitment to efficacy and transparency.
